Just what is it that the judges are looking for as they examine the works of artists who have been juried into the festival? They are seeking excellence, identity of design, creativity, and master craftsmanship in the true artistic fashion, but they are also searching for something more, that certain feature of detail that makes a piece reach out and grab you and that sets that work apart from other artists.

IMAGES offers $100,000 in cash and Patron's Awards. Judging for cash awards takes place on Saturday of the Festival. Awards are given at the Artists' Dinner that evening. Judging criteria: excellence, identity of design, creativity and master craftsmanship.
